Got Questions? You’re Our Kind of Human

Because when it comes to your pup, you should absolutely ask all the questions. Here’s everything you need to know about our boutique dog walking services in southeast Calgary, straight from the source.

Getting Started:
How do I book my first walk?
Just send a quick message through our contact form. We’ll chat, set up a meet-and-greet, and make sure you and your pup feel great about getting started.
It’s a 30-minute visit where I meet your dog, learn their quirks, talk about routines, and figure out what service fits best. We’ll cover pickup details, entry instructions, and anything special that keeps your dog happy.
Nope! It’s complimentary. It’s my way of making sure everyone feels comfortable: you, your dog, and me.
Usually within a few days, depending on your schedule and route openings.
Yes! Puppies can join once they’ve had their core vaccines. We start slow: short walks, gentle introductions, and lots of praise.
No problem. We’ll start with solo walks until they’re confident and ready for small group fun.
During the meet-and-greet, I’ll help you choose based on their age, energy, and personality. Some love group walks. Others prefer a quick visit and a nap.
Absolutely. I’ve walked everything from tiny terriers to 100-pound labs. We stick to on-leash, structured walks: calm, controlled, and safe.
Not right now. I walk Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–3:10 PM; those are my safest, most consistent hours.
I focus on southeast Calgary, south of Glenmore Trail. Staying local keeps walks punctual and pups happy.
CARE & SAFETY:
How do you keep dogs safe on walks?
Every dog is on-leash, every time. Groups are small and matched by energy and temperament. And for travel, each dog rides in their own individual kennel; no loose dogs in the vehicle, ever.
Never more than five. Usually three to four. That way, everyone gets attention, and I can keep things calm and fun.
I match by size, energy level, and personality. Playful pups together, slow-and-steady seniors together.
They can join solo walks until they’re ready, or stay solo forever if that’s what keeps them happy.
Nope. All walks are on-leash. It’s safer for everyone and gives me full control in any situation.
Flat collars, harnesses, or gentle leaders; whatever keeps your dog comfy and secure. No retractable leashes (they’re risky in group settings).
I carry a pet first-aid kit and have your vet contact info on hand. If something ever happens, I’ll contact you immediately and make sure your dog gets the care they need.
We adjust walk times, routes, and duration. On extreme days, I switch to pee breaks instead of long walks. Safety always wins.
Yes! I keep fresh water, poop bags, and approved treats on hand (or your preferred ones, if provided).
Each dog travels in their own individual kennel in my vehicle: secured, ventilated, and separated for safety.
Policies & Procedures
What’s your cancellation policy?

Just give 24 hours’ notice. That way, I can adjust the schedule without disrupting anyone’s routine.

If it’s dangerously cold or hot, I cancel full walks and do pee breaks instead. Everyone stays safe, hydrated, and happy.
Yep, this is Calgary, after all! If it’s safe, we go. Raincoats and paw wipes are part of the deal.
If your pup isn’t feeling well, let me know so we can pause walks until they’re cleared by your vet.
I’ll always give you as much notice as possible. Reliability matters, and so does transparency.
Payments are usually made electronically after services. I’ll confirm what works best for you during onboarding.
Walks pause on stat holidays, but we can coordinate ahead if you’ll need coverage right before or after.
It depends on time and route, but I try to keep pricing fair and simple. We’ll confirm at your meet-and-greet.
Yes, current vaccines help protect all dogs in our care.
Cancellations within 24 hours are charged, but anything earlier is fully credited.
Communication & Updates
How do you send walk updates?
After every walk, I send a quick text and a photo. You’ll know when the walk started, how it went, and what kind of tail wags you missed.
If reception’s bad or things get busy, I’ll send it as soon as we’re back in range. You’ll always get your update.
Candid, real, and often goofy. Expect dog smiles, silly moments, and maybe a little drool.
Sure! If you’d like occasional short clips, just let me know.
You can text them anytime, or jot a note for me to see at pickup.
Just text me! Flexibility goes both ways. We’ll find something that fits.
Never without your permission. Privacy and safety come first.
Always. I notice small changes: mood, appetite, or behavior, and I’ll keep you in the loop.
Of course! I love sharing updates about who sniffed what and who became best friends that day.
Text is fastest, but you can also use the contact form on the site. Either way, it’s always me replying; no apps or bots here.
